I have been to other places in Canberra that are closer to home, or less expensive but have never been satisfied when I walked out. Every time I have been to Off London I always feel welcomed, looked after and have always been happy with the hair cut or colour. Would highly recommended!

The entire team are welcoming and keen to give the best experience possible. Teanna is a dream - great cutter, stylist and colourer (is there such a word?) - plus they make divine hot chocolates

Had to wait about 20min before hair apt started. Nice that coffee was offered but with two kids at home time is important.

Hello - I think it would be great if you could offer a ten minute head massage during washing the hair for an additional cost ($10 etc). I used to go to a salon that did this and always paid the extra/booked the extra head massage time when I made an appointment.
