Love attending Off London, always so relaxed and the staff are soooo friendly and always willing to help. The head massage was brilliant!!! Noticed one of the massage chairs covers possibly needs replacing but was still comfy.

Always a pleasure to be a client at Off London, great team. On this visit the basin experience was disappointing, head massage with conditioner after shampooing would have lasted a minute, one rub through the hair and scalp not long enough to relax and enjoy! Which is a shame as it is always the best bit apart from the end result.

Had a wonderful experience again at Off London. I had Emma once again,and she gave me a fantastic haircut . I gave the quality of service an 8 out of 10 for the basin service, I always look forward to the massage part but this time it was far too short,otherwise it would of got a 10. A great place and vibe to the salon,looking forward to my next appointment.
