I walked out as usual very happy with my new look - but the difference to all other visits - I had a wonderfully interesting discussion with Luke - so now it is more than just a hair experience! Thank you for my birthday voucher! The only change it would do is to give customers an itemised receipt so that you know where the increase incurred. Sorry Robbie - I did not mean to offend you as you have always been exceptional in looking after me!!! thank you
