I have been going to off London since I moved to Canberra and I would not go anywhere else! I have tried a couple other hairdressers but wasn’t happy with my experience. Even if I don’t know exactly what I want I know if I go to off London it always turns out cute! Jayde does my colour and I would highly recommend her. All the reception and additional staff are all so lovely and so sweet to me and make me feel comfortable

I’ve seen Natalie and Toni at Off London and has amazing experiences with both consistently. Recently I’ve been seeing Natalie as Toni is on leave. Natalie has been great and so lovely and professional! I scored slightly lower on environment only because I’m sensitive to loud environments. Perhaps you could look at quieter sections of the salon where those who have sensory sensitivities could be accommodated for this (though understand salons are noisy anyway) and clients could get the option to choose this space if it’s available.

Really lovely experience. All the staff were super knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and worked hard to give great service and deliver a beautiful outcome. I went in with my hair looking pretty rough to say the least and left looking completely refreshed. I also found the price to be very reasonable. I’m thankful that a friend recommended this salon to me.

Location, people and service was incredible! Had a fantastic stylist, Unfortunately no consultation on price before hand and no pricing on website so was a bit of a shock at the register. Would otherwise highly highly recommend for skill of the stylists and the service.
