Always a good experience getting my hair done with Niki, she gives advice on what i 'need' to do and whats best for my hair but still pushing the ideas around possibilities. The last 3 colour and styles i've had i've loved! and her tips around care and styling always great! Good experience with others in the team also - Rob always has good chat and the apprentices are professional in their approach, offering tea, taking your jacket and when washing hair. Have and will always recommend off london in particular Niki and Marianna

Over all the most amazing experiences that I've had and in my personal opinion my favourite salon in Canberra! The staff are so lovely and approachable, you truely are in the best hands! I'm very picky about what I use on my hair as it is reasonably thin and long making it a hard task to find anything that I truely could recommend to my family and friends, however after my appointment I was stunned with the results of the treatment which left my hair not only looking smoother and more hydrated but also feeling stronger and healthier! I have recommended Off London to almost everyone I know & i wish I had found it earlier!

Nathan is fantastic as always. He's lovely to talk to and really takes what you want on board and helps you to achieve it while being honest if it's not something that can be done in 1 visit.

I've been happy every time I have had my hair done at Off London, I was particularly happy with Amy today, great head massage and very happy with the cut
