The service I experienced was fantastic (particularly the hot chocolate I was provided with). The hairdresser offered multiple suggestions for my haircut and did a great job at controlling my sometimes wild curls. The cost was a little more than I was expecting, however this would not stop me from returning

Overall I really enjoyed my visit and will be back. If I had to pick one slight niggle it would be I waited about 10 minutes after my appointment time before being sat down, and the speed of the actual services (the hair colouring mainly) was quite slow compared with other hairdressers I have been to. Having said that I'd rather it was right than rushed.

I love Off London everyone is so warm and friendly and they really look after you. Nicole and Harley are fabulous and I always know I'm getting well looked after and will be happy with my hair. On my recent trip, Nicole really listened to me when I talked about how I really wanted to have my hair coloured teal. She REALLY took the time to understand where I was coming from and the result was awesome, I love my green hair !!! Thanks Nicole you are amazing ! The only thing if i need to comment on other feedback is that there was a bit of confusion when I had more than 3 people blowdry my hair, I could feel how it would have felt a bit uncomfortable for the girls who were really trying to come in and look after me, only to be shooo'd away for somebody else to take over, and it happened again to the next person, and then again... all in good intentions but maybe less swapping over would be better :-)
