Overall experience was amazing. The hairdresser gave amaing advice and did a great colour and met my exact want but she disappeared halfway through my visit without telling me so I was left wondering who was taking care of me and the colour in my hair. I did get amazing service from the next hairdresser who washed and dryed my hair. Overall great but would be nice to be told if someone else is taking over.

My first visit was great, good colour, good cut, friendly staff, all in all good experience so I decided to come back. Second visit turned out to be totaly different experience, staff still very nice but I obvously I was still not counted as regular customer. Didn't appreciate being passed on to a junior to cut my hair - even that he was very nice and did his best he didn't listen to what I really wanted (even that he asked me few times). I wanted a bit of body in my hair and I told him that I don't like using straightener on my hair, still he used it as he couldn't trim it otherwise????? and I left salon without a hint of a body in my hair. Aslo - being there for 4 hours - not very happy ....sorry ... don't think I'll be coming back.

I felt that the hairdresser did not listen to me. After a lengthy discussion that I was trying to grow out my hair and get back to my natural hair colour (ash blonde)and that I didn't want any red or muddy browns in my hair, that's exactly what I ended up with. I now have to go to another salon and go through the painstaking and expensive process of removing red and getting back to ash blonde. I really wanted to avoid more exposure to dying and bleaching and get my hair back to a natural and healthy state, but now I'm pretty much back at the drawing board. The colour does not suit me at all and I felt that the hairdresser either did not know how to match a hair colour to someone's complexion (that's what I asked her to do) or didn't really care.

Didn't appreciate sitting right next to another customer who is literally surrounded by half the staff talking and laughing loudly. Wasn't happy with the surly attitude of one of the young staff members who was directed to finish my hair instead of the stylist I'd actually booked in with.

On the plus side, the staff were very friendly, energetic, cheery and welcoming, and were happy to help. They did a nice job of my hair. On the downside, a trim and foils took a very long time - 3 1/2 hours, even though the cut was a very light touch and only took about 20-30 minutes, including blow-drying. I spent a lot of time just waiting. The price seemed excessive too - over $260 for a half head of foils and a trim (and it really was only a trim). The environment is quite frenetic - very loud and busy, which is not really my style but I'm sure is fine for others.
