After years of searching for a great salon, finally stumbled upon Off London in Canberra. Here are some of the big ticks for this place: Great atmosphere - lots of happy smiling staff to greet you. Offered a coffee right away. The stylist was great - absolute confidence. Prompted to book next appointment and the one after that. SMS reminder will be sent to me 3 days before my next appointment. Follow up email the next day with a thank you and a promotional offer. They make it enjoyable and easy.

I have been a client for the past couple of years and I always have great time when going there. Staff is wonderful and very professional. My hairdresser is a star. It is always a pleasurable experience, great magazines, teas, massage chairs and love the head massage. It's so rare to get a good one. And compared to other places we get quality without the outrageous price.
