HAving been a client with Off London for over 10 years the experience when I visit is always pleasing and memorable. The staff listen to what I want and the service is always caring and genuine. The groewth in 10 years of the staff is only getting better and it is my favourite salon.

The reason I didn't give a 9 for most categories was because I wasn't as comfortable on my last visit as I usually am. It was very cold where I was sitting. Even with the towel over my shoulders and the cape on , it was cold and only warmed up at the sink and back in my seat with the hair dryer on. I would also like to make a point about applying colour - when apprentices, at least I assume that's what they are, take the colour through to the ends please make sure they understand how uncomfortable it is to have your hair tugged and pulled. The apprentices don't realise that the rubber gloves can really hurt when they are handling the hair and applying colour enthusiastically. I sound like a miserable old lady!! I am very, very happy with Off London - a professional salon in every way.

I love going to Off London to get my hair done - i have been a long time customer and reccomend the salon to lots of my friends. I love the atmosphere and the Sylists are all so friendly.

Tayla has done my hair twice now and both times I have been extremely happy with the colour :)
