Excellent salon with skilled, professional and friendly stylists and staff. They listen, then do their hair magic! A glass of wine might be nice during late afternoon/evening appointments.

Luke at Off London has been cutting my hair for a number of years: he is amazing. I have difficult hair to cut, and he does a fantastic job every time. He listens to what I want, and provides excellent advice and suggestions. However, at my last few visits I have been disappointed by my hair colour: I've had a number of different staff members, but have found my highlights have lacked lustre and tend towards grey or brassy. At the price, I've felt this has been poor value for money. Perhaps in future I should request one of the more specialised colour artists, and request more advice, but I'm always a bit self-conscious at the hairdresser, so probably not assertive enough!

One of the best salons I've ever been

Love the cut, love the colour and getting plenty of compliments. The only downer was the junior staff member who did my shampoo. My head felt manhandled as I was constantly rearranged and hair pulled in the basin. Looking back, I wish I had pointed this out to him as kept telling me to keep my head still.

Overall I found the staff here to be really pleasant and lovely. However there were a few thing I found off putting. Firstly I was left at the basin for a very very long time which was really uncomfortable and Im now finding the next day that my neck is really sore! The other thing that bothered me was when the staff would stand behind me at the basin and discuss the state of my hair, not that this is a bad thing but I just found it very awkward.
