Value for money and referral ratings lower as around $10 more than my normal hairdresser for same quality cut/service level. Excellent cut though!

I had booked online and had failed to detail how bad of a state my hair was in. I had my natural roots coming through, the mid-section of my hair was bleached and box-dyed green and the ends of my hair were pitch black. Fortunately, the staff adapted to how much work needed to be done. There was no time for a style-cut but I can say the colouring experience was extremely pleasant. I always new what was going on, the steps they had to take with my hair were outlined to me and the staff all took time to discuss the course of action they would take to get my hair colour to the desired shade I wanted. It was also refreshing to have the price for my hair quoted to me before the process, instead of a surprise amount at the end. I was very comfortable throughout the experience and am very happy with my final colour (an even shade of purple!). I would definitely go back to explore more colour options the next opportunity I get.

When I was getting my hair rinsed, I got a lot of water in my ears and down my neck, I felt like it was a little on the lazy side.

Hi, I saw Aaron for the first time. I forgot to mention that I have a massive scar on the back of my head. now everyone at work seems to notice it when it wasn't so obvious before. I thought it should have been mentioned during the hair cut?
