I adore this salon. Yes its a tad more expensive than in the 'burbs' but its the whole experience I'm after. I'm greeted with enthusiasm, I'm well looked after. All the staff interact sincerely with the clients. My hairdresser(the best Cole!) listens to what I'm after PLUS I get a cocktail as I'm waiting !...hello!!that always goes straight to Instagram! I then get all gushed over when I go to pay ....I leave feeling like an 'A lister' which is fine for this old 58 year old woman!! To be honest I work in a people industry I love people and know what makes people tick...your staff are not at all up themselves looking in the mirror they actually are really genuine and you appear to really value each others individuality. I love being part of that even if its just every six weeks. I leave feeling listened to,valued and pampered! THANK YOU team!!
