Another great hair cut from one of the more junior stylists as the senior stylists weren’t available. I did get a very slight nick on the back of my ears by the scissors which has never happened to my before but the stylist apologised and the hair cut was great.

Lots of waiting and apprentice providing a service when a different stylist was specifically booked. Something that should have taken about an hour or so took three because of the double booking. I’ve always had such great experiences in the past so I hope this doesn’t continue! Thanks.
