Recommend very highly. The stylist (Taylor) took her time to really understand what my key concerns with my hair were, how it behaves and my hair goals. The person at basin (didn't get her name) was so attentive and gentle. My hair is fine and knots so badly and this is the first time I have ever left a salon without a really bad headache from the basin service. It was like a dream appointment. Will 10000% go back.

Toni was great, first time coming to the salon and she was very honest with me about what I was wanting and good at explaining his things will sit and the overall look, leaving me with a cut and style that I love and really want to show off.
