Lovely staff and love being given drinks. Just had a few misses with the end result of the hair the past couple of times I've been. Also would love the head massage to last longer than 20 seconds. That can be a real highlight!

I did point out that on holidays I had my hair tinted elsewhere so the dye would need to be lighter than normal and also asked that the colour be kept to the regrowth Neither happened and was commented on when I got home as to how awful it looked and a recommendation that I ask for it to be redone - disappointing result

Love the hair colour, Rosie did a great job correcting previous bad colouring. Biggest issue was the time factor - appt at 1030 and finished up at 2.15pm.....definitely didn't account for delays.

My hair definitely looks better than it did when I went into the salon yesterday. I'm not super happy with the result, I will be a bit clearer in my communication next time to describe what I am looking to achieve

I think that providing an itemised receipt for customers would be both easy to do and beneficial. My total cost varies considerably between visits and I do not know what I am being charged for. This makes it difficult for me to verify that I have been charged correctly.

Fantastic salon but stylist was a bit rough on my scalp while putting conditioner in. My scalp is sore the next day.
