The products a bit expensive to buy. The coffee was ordinary but overall and in particular the service, was good and the staff are very nice. Overall I give it a 8/10

My last haircut was a lovely relaxing experience. Having my hair washed whilst sitting in a massage chair was a bonus. The scalp massage was fantastic.

I am happy with my haircut, colour and friendliness of your staff...I have visited twice now and both times I have been kept waiting for at least 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes...that is the only disappointing factor.

I'm really happy with their customer service skill. Since I'm judging a company based on their service level, I can say they good on that. I had my hair done yesterday and when I come home, I realised that my left front hair is a bit longer than the right side. I send them email to ask will they be able to fix it again? but still wait for the respond. Hopefully I have a good respond >_<
