I've been a client of Off London for about 9 years. I have always received excellent service both in terms of customer service and hair care. All the staff are appropriately friendly and relaxed, but also highly professional. They make you feel welcome. The service and staff are always consistent. Going to off London is always a great experience. No matter who you get you get a good cut and or colour! The staff are so friendly, focused on detail and I feel everyone puts in that extra effort and puts the clients first. It's a high quality salon experience that won't leave you dissapointed! I highly recommend off London as the best salon in Canberra!
