Had to wait about 20min before hair apt started. Nice that coffee was offered but with two kids at home time is important.

Hello - I think it would be great if you could offer a ten minute head massage during washing the hair for an additional cost ($10 etc). I used to go to a salon that did this and always paid the extra/booked the extra head massage time when I made an appointment.
