I always enjoy coming to the salon for my appointments. I am always treated as if it is the very first time I have attended. I'm recognised when I come and greeted warmly by everyone that knows me as a 'regular'. I love the atmosphere and appreciate the way I am treated even after several years and I note that all your customers are treated with respect and courtesy. Have a great day! R Ps: I will always say upfront if I am unhappy with any service provided at the Salon because that's the type of relationship we have. I don't really think there is any benefit to receiving requests for feedback in the future.

Lacey is the best!!! I have had my hair done by her for a few years now and I always leave happy. The cut and colour I had yesterday was fantastic as usual and all the staff are so lovely. Had a great hot chocolate too.

Something that could be improved is a little time spent on the removal of those pesky loose hairs that somehow find their way under the cape during a haircut. I always find I need to remove my top afterwards (in the bathroom of course) and give it a good shake, otherwise the loose hairs drive me to distraction.

Though they were very busy this last visit the service was still good. Also was surprised to have a particularly lovely piece of passion fruit cake with my coffee on this visit. Very lovely extra pampering.
