First time visiting this salon, was a nice overall environment and experience and my hairdresser was lovely. Only issues I had was being left to wait a few times before and after my wash and during my cut especially as I was there during my lunch break. It was also quite expensive I felt for the service as I only got a wash and small trim. Besides this it was a nice treat and the wash especially was enjoyable

Awesome cut and colour by Claudia. Always leave feeling I've got a great haircut. Been going here for a couple of years now and would definitely recommend. Warm and friendly atmosphere.

I’ve been going to OffLondon for years. The whole team are super friendly and I always feel welcome. Tayla in particular is incredible! She has spent years tailoring our appointments to fixing my extremely damaged hair and now it’s both blonde and the longest it’s ever been. I couldn’t ask for a better hairdresser.

A special mention to Bec, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire experience. She took the time to listen, understand exactly what I was looking for, and offered expert advice to achieve the best possible result. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and passion for what she does really shine through, and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out. Not only did I leave loving my hair, but I also felt completely confident and comfortable throughout the appointment. It’s rare to find a salon that consistently delivers such a high standard of service and expertise. I can honestly say I will never trust anyone else with my hair again.
