Long time customer, always happy with the service, but the emails and now text messages after every service asking for a survey and review are very annoying, especially because I’ve already done the survey and had previously before the text started already given a 5/5 on google. Please give an option to opt out - I swear Ive opted out of these surveys before but I keep getting them. Thanks.

I had an amazing experience with Claudia who perfectly matched my hair to my inspo picture. I couldn’t be happier with the result and I will definitely be back.

I really loved the way my balayage turned out! It was very subtle and just what I wanted. Claudia was the hairdresser who did my balayage and she was very nice. She explained the whole process to me very thoroughly, reassured me throughout the session, checked in on me to see if the colour/cut of the hair was what I was looking for, and very kind about any changes I wanted (cutting my curtain bangs a little shorter + more layers in hair). The rest of the staff was also very kind, and it was overall a very good experience! Thank you :)
