I was gutted bek was sick today and couldn't do my hair today. I kept the appointment because I knew that you guys don't miss. I felt bad poor Rose, first thing I said was a negative comment BUT that's only because I realised that bek had done something differently that I hadn't communicated and I feel horrible about because I still love it. From the second you walk inside your salon it's just such a welcoming friendly experience and I always say, uts not what you do but how you make people feel. Ps the fact you guys serve cocktails is just elite. Thanks once again for keeping ky hair fabulous x
