I did point out that on holidays I had my hair tinted elsewhere so the dye would need to be lighter than normal and also asked that the colour be kept to the regrowth Neither happened and was commented on when I got home as to how awful it looked and a recommendation that I ask for it to be redone - disappointing result

Janice was great! All the staff were super attentive and kind, happy to chat and brought me a tea super quick! They helped fix my fringe and never made me feel as though it was a burden!
