I felt that the hairdresser did not listen to me. After a lengthy discussion that I was trying to grow out my hair and get back to my natural hair colour (ash blonde)and that I didn't want any red or muddy browns in my hair, that's exactly what I ended up with. I now have to go to another salon and go through the painstaking and expensive process of removing red and getting back to ash blonde. I really wanted to avoid more exposure to dying and bleaching and get my hair back to a natural and healthy state, but now I'm pretty much back at the drawing board. The colour does not suit me at all and I felt that the hairdresser either did not know how to match a hair colour to someone's complexion (that's what I asked her to do) or didn't really care.

Incredibly accommodating and understanding salon especially when it comes to appointment changes. Staff are all friendly and happy to chat even if they aren't the ones cutting your hair. Janice is awesome.

Excellent salon. Warm welcome, great massaging chair, good coffee, but most important a superb new do!highly recommended.

I think colour wise Off London do a great job with my hair, how ever, cutting my hair, I do prefer certain staff at Off London because I think they make a far better job.

I have always had a good experience at Off London. I don't always get the same stylist but I always leave with exactly what I have asked for. All of the staff there really listen to what you want. The only bad part is you have to book quite far in advance if you want a particular stylist.
