The greeting was polite and prompt. The salon was buzzing with activity. The staff were attentive but very busy. The tea was yummy and the massage chair a nice touch.

Janice was friendly and professional, I would have liked to know the break up of the cost of the cut as I chose to wash my hair at home and didn't require the salons service, yet the cost was still too high.

Was super impressed with Off London's standard of service. Lovely staff, welcoming environment and beautiful colour - the first time I haven't immediately washed and re-styled my hair after a salon visit! True colours of a business is shown when the professionalism of customer service provided is not only the good side of your customer experiences, but also the not so good customer experiences. I can confidently say that Off London supports the good and the not so good with being able to cope with everything that is thrown their way with proffesionalism and honest to goodness common sense and ensuring that their customers are well looked after which in turns creates the longevity of a business.
