Hair still lifeless. Massage chair wasn't doing anything during treatment. Head got burned during blow dry. Was forgotten about while colour was on. No itemized bill to tell if discount was applied. Salon seemed louder than normal. The sink a few down was leaking and the basin I was being served at kept tilting. Stylist and assistants were friendly so no complaint at all about the friendliness.

I love the way that the OffLondon staff cut and colour my hair, but I am constantly frustrated by how long it takes. It is not uncommon for me to wait up to half an hour before the colour and cut even starts. On my last visit, the airconditioning was not working. I was told that this has been an issue for awhile. I would like to have been informed about that when I made the booking. I would not have booked on a hot Friday afternoon if I had known that the airconditioning was not working.

I don't think for a $215 visit my hair should be dried by an apprentice.

Two visits to Off London disappointed each time, no doubt talented people but they are easily distracted and just dont listen!!!! At least that was my experience. The first time I was disappointed with the colour, offered coffee 3 times which did not arrive within an hour eventually had to ask. Second visit came in armed with a picture for cut and colour disappointed with both colour nothing like in the picture infact radically different. Best advice I can give is to really listen to your clients.
