Comment
Really happy with my colour and my hairstyle, but I found the salon loud, overcrowded, and the whole team a bit disorganised this time. I was handled by 5 people, which isn't a problem per se but there seemed to be a lack of continuity and a lot of waiting. Also, I wish the person who shampooed my hair after my colour had done a better job at removing the colour behind/on my ears and on my forehead.
