I'm really happy with their customer service skill. Since I'm judging a company based on their service level, I can say they good on that. I had my hair done yesterday and when I come home, I realised that my left front hair is a bit longer than the right side. I send them email to ask will they be able to fix it again? but still wait for the respond. Hopefully I have a good respond >_<
