Friendly, relaxed environment and as enjoyable as always. Almost fell asleep during my super relaxing shampoo with massage chair working on my tired muscles :) Amazing haircut as always - made me feel 'cool' again! Had a great chat with Janice - but was so busy talking away that I forgot to eat my little chocolate that came with my drink. Oh well, there's always next time. :)
