Comment
For the record, I'd like to say that Jacinta does quality work, both with colour and style cut. On a previous visit we had discussed the prospect of changing my style to a much shorter look. Any hint of being nervous or hesitant on my part was dispersed with Jacinta's approach. Some of it is undoubtedly personality but more than that, Jacinta has a knack for being quitely encouraging to and excited for her subject, a great attribute and one that can be encouraged in all Stylists in the business.
