Always a good experience getting my hair done with Niki, she gives advice on what i 'need' to do and whats best for my hair but still pushing the ideas around possibilities. The last 3 colour and styles i've had i've loved! and her tips around care and styling always great! Good experience with others in the team also - Rob always has good chat and the apprentices are professional in their approach, offering tea, taking your jacket and when washing hair. Have and will always recommend off london in particular Niki and Marianna
