Toni is an absolute wizard. I’ve been coming to Off London for a while now and have never once been disappointed with a service. The whole team is always so accommodating, friendly and professional, and Toni has an incredible ability to take my very vague ideas and turn them into something better than I could have pictured myself. She asks all the right questions, talks me through the options and shares her vision, while still making sure I’m completely comfortable with what we’re doing. I always leave loving my hair, and without fail end up receiving multiple compliments and people asking where I had it done. My latest cut and colour is probably my favourite yet. The shape, movement and dimension she’s created while still making it feel completely like me is exactly why I keep coming back. Couldn’t recommend Toni and the team at Off London more highly.
