I had a brilliant experience at Off London on Saturday, 14th May. The receptionists were lovely from the beginning, and very welcoming, especially as it was my first appointment at the salon. Lacy was my hairdresser and I had a fantastic hour chatting away with her - she was incredibly personable and friendly, and was very informative in terms of my hair and asked lots of questions to ensure I got the style that I wanted in the end (which I definitely did! Thanks Lacy!) Thanks so much, staff at Off London. I'm new to Canberra and it's always hard finding a salon you trust when you relocate. I've already booked in my next appointment! :)
