The owner and staff of Off London provide a high level of professional service with contemporary offerings. All staff are always extremely warm, friendly and accommodating. While they are happy to offer suggestions, they always listen to the client. They know all their clients by name, care about them and provide a great experience. I have been going to Off London for about 7 years and have never had a negative experience. The staff seem to all get along very well, assist each other, notice when something needs to be attended to and creat a positive culture for themselves and their clients. The integrity of the owner, her treatment of her staff and her clients is commendable. Highly recommended.

Off London is a fantastic salon on so many levels. The staff's friendliness and expertise is great and nothing is too much trouble. I was introduced to them by my family and have personally introduced my friends and other family to them - all have endorsed what I have told them. Great hair; great service; great people; great place.

Off London is the first salon I have regularly returned to, due to the excellent Maryana, and the overall experience. It is a little pricey but in my opinion well worth it. I sometimes don't get there for 6 months or more (busy Mum of 2) but every time I do she always remembers me, how I like my hair styled and even remembers details about me that I've forgotten we've chatted about. Plus more often than not they are always running on time, and never later than a few minutes on the odd occasion they are behind.
