Comment
The last three visits I have been a bit put off at the 'up sell' of treatments at the basin. I accepted once, the next time I declined but the last 2 times it has made me feel a bit infuriated. Perhaps it's best discussed with the client and the hairdresser before. It's just an uncomfortable conversation to have there when you are trying to relax
