Holly is an excellent stylist. She always greets me with a smile, and takes the time to make sure she understands what I'm asking for. I have absolute confidence in her professional capability, which makes me feel comfortable when taking a risk, and in those inevitable "oh shit" moments in the middle of a haircut when things are looking a bit weird... I have confidence that when I walk out of the salon I'll have a great cut, so there's no stress during the appointment. Lastly, she's intuitive when it comes to providing the right experience for the client: when I'm feeling chatty she's happy to chat, when I'm not, she doesn't force it. I only wish that I could get in to see her now and again on short notice, and that the salon was quieter. Perfect.
