This was my first visit to the salon.... from the moment I arrived I was impressed with the friendly warm faces that greeted me. Nothing was too much trouble, fantastic service from all staff that looked after me. I was very pleased with my colour and new hairstyle.

A large, vibrant salon full of wonderfully friendly staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after. They were constantly offering me tea or machine coffee and checking in, which was much appreciated with a 3.5 hour hairdo. Although refreshments were offered frequently, they do take a lonnnnnnnnng time to come out, I just wanted a glass of water which arrived after 1/2 hour (a silly thing to winge about, I know). All of the staff seemed super knowledgeable and my main stylist explained everything I needed to know before committing to my hairdo and explained what she was doing at each step. It was quite busy when I was there so I did swap hands a couple of times, but each staff member was really great so I didn't mind too much. While the music playing was funky, it was pumpin mighty loud, I'm only young (21yo) but after 3 hours my head was really thumping - besides that though highly recommend!!!

Very welcoming and prompt service. Great tea... I mean, awesome. Lovely place, just my hair was not quite the bouncy blow wave I hoped for. Nice, shiny, smelled divine and fabulous massage at the basin but not a classic blow wave. Will come back, if only for the service and tea!
