The experience at Off London is always a great one. I however would like hairdresser to be able to provide advice on hairstyles and cuts instead of agreeing with everything I say. I like to trust the professionals and refer to their advice. I happy to give the general idea of what I like but I like to be taken care of. Part of the experience is to know that we can close our eyes and the result will be amazing. This is missing at Off London. Saying that, compared to other hairdressers I tried in Canberra, they are by far better. Compared to the international crowd, well, there is room for improvement. I refered one of my bridesmaid there for my wedding, and she told me recently she had a terrible experience, the cut was asymetric and much shorter than what she wanted. I am now reluctant to refer more people. Although the person that looked after her has now left the salon.
