I booked online as usual, fairly straightforward. For confirmation of the appointment, i received TWO texts, from different numbers, to which i replied 'yes' to one; AND then also a phone call the day before. Just thought you may want to review how the confirmations are working! After all that i was about 15mins late on the day, and Emma was gracious enough to fit me in regardless. (although i notice that she didn't enable the vibrating chair for the hair wash, perhaps to punish me....;) Always a good experience at Off London!
