Everyone is always so friendly and services is super quick - straight to a seat, a drink is offered and served immediately, no waiting to pay at the end. Emma is always so willing to listen to me and always prepared to make any changes as she goes. Its taken me ages to find a good hairdresser in Canberra and now I've found off London I wouldn't go anywehere else
