After years of searching for a great salon, finally stumbled upon Off London in Canberra. Here are some of the big ticks for this place: Great atmosphere - lots of happy smiling staff to greet you. Offered a coffee right away. The stylist was great - absolute confidence. Prompted to book next appointment and the one after that. SMS reminder will be sent to me 3 days before my next appointment. Follow up email the next day with a thank you and a promotional offer. They make it enjoyable and easy.
