I have had my last few piercings done at New Image and will be returning for my next few. I was looked after by Alex who assisted me last time. She is very knowledgeable and professional which makes the whole experience much more comfortable. The whole procedure was quick and easy.

Love my haircut. I was overdue for one. My daughter highly recommended Emma to cut my hair. And that is who I booked for. And thought I got. I do have a slight hearing loss in noisy environments. I also struggle to advocate for myself in new situations. I only realized I didn’t get Emma when telling my daughter about my experience today. Overall I liked the salon and will probably return. But will hope to get Emma next time.

I have been a customer of New Image Salon for over 10 years. Great service, friendly team. Even when I moved across town for a few months, I still drove over an hour just to get my hair done here!

The incessant piped music is often too loud, making conversation with one's hairdresser difficult.
