I have found this salon to be extremely helpful. I originally purchased some body jewellery which discoloured after a few days, and they were more than helpful when I took it back and gave me a store credit with no problems. I then used the credit for a haircut. Never having used the hair salon I am really pleased with John and the advise he gave me and my cut is great. Staff were extremely helpful every time I have been there.

I have been a customer of New Image Salon for over 10 years. Great service, friendly team. Even when I moved across town for a few months, I still drove over an hour just to get my hair done here!

Love my haircut. I was overdue for one. My daughter highly recommended Emma to cut my hair. And that is who I booked for. And thought I got. I do have a slight hearing loss in noisy environments. I also struggle to advocate for myself in new situations. I only realized I didn’t get Emma when telling my daughter about my experience today. Overall I liked the salon and will probably return. But will hope to get Emma next time.
