Whole experience was fantastic! My first lobe piercings were at New Image and I've come back for every one since. Michelle and Claudia were so kind and funny, which not only made it a very comfortable experience but also meant that I had confidence they were doing a good job :) Also special shoutout to the lovely lady who first spoke to me at your reception (I didn't get a name, but had cool winged eyeliner and blonde hair) who was super accommodating, called a piercer over to answer a question I had, booked me in hassle free and offered me a coffee. Good customer service experiences are getting rarer but all of your staff I interracted with put a great face on the business!!
