Unfortunately this wasn't a great experience and as much at the hairdresser was lovely and her shampoo was fantastic, I absolutely hate my hair. I had discussed i wanted a very good blow-dry (similar to 90s jennifer aniston), I asked for a trim as I had one length above my shoulders and i said i had a bad experience that she chopped it all off so ive tried so hard for my hair to grow back. Same experience, different hairdresser. She suggested layers, and I wasn't sure but was convinced and so I agreed. The layers are not done well and very short in the front ( i saw her cut it too short and i said something and was assured it wasnt) I now have a fringe and it's ugly, my hair lost length and she knows she made a mistake too. The blow-dry lasted till I walked outside and I left, it wasn't smooth, barely any product, I had to re-blowdry when I got home. When she said blowdry like the 60s, I knew then that she didn't get the image after we went through multiple photos. I have a formal event on today which I mentioned and now my hair is going up and im doing it myself. A complete waste of my time and money and my hair. Hairdressers can't cut or do a simple blow dry anymore. It was frizzy and looked like a child played with my hair. Very very disappointing When I was called, I was told it's a very tight schedule. I arrived 7 mins early and was told to keep going away and come back multiple times and was delayed 20mins. I think she was rushing because her next clients were now waiting.

The hairdresser Michelle was so amazing with my neurodiverse child. She was gentle and caring. She did a beautiful haircut too. Couldn’t recommend her enough

Emma is so personable and is generous with her time and her advice. Always feel like a million bucks when I leave there.
