I went in on the 25/4 to have a blonde balayage done, on naturally blonde hair. Prior to the visit, I had a phone conversation to discuss what I wanted to achieve during the treatment. The service itself was reasonable. John was friendly and offered me tea/coffee. John told me that he would do a blonde foil and a darker foil to add depth. After rinsing out my foils John told me that my hair would look darker to start with then lighten over the next few weeks. While wet, I could see that my hair was so dark, which hardly improved upon being dried. John blow dried and curled my hair, twisting around the darkest parts so they weren’t visible. When I got home, I washed and dried my hair and was horrified to find huge brown streaks right at the front. The overall look was very dark and zebra like, certainly not a blonde balayage. With my engagement party on Sunday I went into a panic!! I went back the next day to discuss and was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the staff were about me being unhappy. They offered immediately to lighten the dark streaks and break up the zebra stripes. Although my hair is significantly improved, it is still far from what I asked for and I now have orange streaks around my face! I have never used dark colours in my hair and am devastated that this wasn’t an easy fix, I’m now stuck with dark hair for awhile as I don’t want to over colour and damage my hair. I asked for a refund which they provided. I would not recommend this salon for colouring or foils. The cut itself is lovely, and the staff tried their best to fix the problem. I am left with having to wait a few months and having to fork out hundreds at another salon to try again to fix the colour.

Didn't get the hair style I wanted.

The lady who did my daughter's shoulder length hair gave her one side longer than the other in the front. When informed, she corrected it but said that my daughter has her neck sideways for which she should see a chiropractor. I said that is news to me since it is not the case and never has been. She claimed that only hairdressers can point this out. Just the most ridiculous thing to be told when going in for a haircut. And this to justify your own incompetence. Not returning.

Had a terrible experience and paid 95 bucks for a hair style that was nothing like the photo shown. Wouldn’t have even paid 50 dollars for it, took over an hour to do yet it fell out straight away . Left very upset as it was a important event

The first time I had a good experience with Michelle doing a great job, but since she wasn't available on Sat, mysecond experience was terrible with Sam as she did not listen to what I wanted and instead of an ash lilac she made an orange/yellowis highlight for me! And the blow wave boy was too slow and even though I had given up my hair massage to get going sooner he managed to waste my time by talking over phone for 20 mins and half an hour for a fizzy blow wave. So definitely not going there again! An not recommended at all!
