Really disappointed that I had to wait 30 minutes for an appointment that I arrived on time for. I understand that there are delays but surely someone could have informed me of this or stepped in to do my braids. Although I am super happy with the end result I do not appreciate having to wait so long.

So disappointed today. Never had a bad experience at New Image before but I went it with thick bushy eyebrows and have come out with practically no eyebrows left. So so upset!! My new barely there brows are uneven, thin, so far apart I look like a fish and nothing like what they were before.

Haven't used the beautician waxing eyebrows today. Absolutely horrible job. Eyebrows aren't even. Not likely to return, if that is the quality of the work.

Eyebrow waxed - uneven (long on one side short on the other), shape not natural, left a lot of wax in brow.

Went from perfect shaped eyebrows that needed tidying up, to a complete joke of a job. I don't even have a shape anymore and one eyebrow is so thin, you can hardly see it! Won't be returning.
