When having a wax done i almost always leave with patches not waxed. it’s not the length of the hair that causes it, they have just missed it everytime. and to go home and have that is really annoying especially when i’m allergic to shaving and have events i got waxed for. it wastes my money too. need to be better at waxing the whole area and not missing spots

On arrival there was no record of my appointment???? I made the booking online but salon had no record and couldn't find, the staff member was delightful and managed to fit me in so all good, although I do feel the appointment was a little rushed and the dye was not left on at all...I walked out with desired effect of tinting but cant help thinking it will not last very long this time...

My beautician was suffering with a bad cough and cold- I understand you have to push through but it’s so inappropriate to have someone that I’ll breathing on you whilst tinting eyelashes. If I had have booked a facial and arrived to such an ill beautician I would have cancelled.

Hi, I was disappointed that there as a lot of ‘dead time’ during my facial. The staff member left the room 3 times to get products, the mask was on for 15 mins? It would have been nice if this time was used for a hand / foot or head massage.

I have been a regular client to your salon for a few years now and have purchased facial vouchers for my family. Today I came for a leg wax and to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I was not happy with my eyebrow tint as it was much heavier than I usually have. The time taken to wax my legs and to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted usually takes just over 30 minutes but today it was more than 90 minutes which resulted my not being able to make another appointment. I am not happy with my visit to your salon today and will have to consider whether I should return or not

I was left with a big red cut under my eyebrow, the lady didn’t trim my eyebrows, and there was a lot of eyebrow hair strays that weren’t plucked. Very very disappointing. I have been coming for years and always satisfied so this was a big let down.
