I had a lovely experience, all staff were kind and quite pleasant. Unfortunately I feel the hair dresser who attended to me wasn't familiar with cutting long hair, which has resulted in me being in unsatisfied with my cut. I do wish the best of luck for marzi and I know a lot of people that enjoy your service, however I am not one of them.
