Comment
The hairdresser who organised my colour and provided initial consultation was lovely. However the other hairdressers only seemed to be interested in adding more and more cost to the service provided. My hair in the end was to be dried off. This dry off was making hair frizzy. I was told quite clearly that a brush cannot be put to my hair during a dry off without an additional cost. I paid over $180 for my hair & to put a brush to my hair for a dry off was going to cost me more!???? I left the shop & there is still hair colour to my face. It wasn't cleaned off properly. Very disappointed in the level of customer service.
